Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Dengan IVA Test Di RW 04 Kelurahan Cawang

Kanker serviks merupakan kanker terbanyak keempat pada wanita di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia, kanker serviks menduduki peringkat pertama, 65% penderita berada dalam stadium lanjut. Pemeriksaan skrining kanker serviks bisa dilakukan dengan cara Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA Test). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Dengan IVA Test Kerjasama Dengan Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa metode IVA Test Target skrining kanker serviks. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 23 November 2022, jam 09.00. Peserta dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, edukasi tentang penyakit kanker serviks, dan dilakukan Pemeriksaan IVA test. Hasil dari Pemeriksaan IVA test diperlukan dalam rangka menurunkan risiko penyakit Kanker Serviks dengan cara edukasi preventif dan promotif. Hasil pemeriksaan IVA test terdapat 87 orang yang di periksa dengan hasil IVA Test positif sejumlah 56 orang (64%) dan hasil IVA Test negatif sejumlah 31 orang (36%). Peserta yang hasil positif di rujuk ke RS Budi Asih Jakarta timur untuk mendapatkan pengobatan dan perawatan lebih lanjut. Adapun kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah Pemeriksaan IVA test efektif digunakan deteksi dini sebagai bagian dari salah satu pencegahan penyakit Kanker Serviks dan diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami mengenai edukasi penyakit Kanker Serviks dan pentingnya Pemeriksaan IVA test.
